Aughton and Ormskirk U3A The Aughton & Ormskirk University of the Third Age is an organisation for people no longer in full-time employment. It provides educational, creative and leisure opportunities in a friendly environment. Skills & experiences are shared in a variety of ways through meetings, talks, social and group activities.
Resound Community Choir ReSound has two clear aims - to enhance the community through the enjoyment of meeting to sing, and to raise money for local charities by giving performances. We meet every week, and hold around three concerts a year.
Kundalini Yoga by Vicky Called by practitioners "the yoga of awareness", it aims "to cultivate the creative spiritual potential of a human to uphold values, speak truth, and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to serve and heal others".
